Wayde is a senior project ⁄ commissioning manager with over twenty years of mechanical and electrical experience in the fields of project management, commissioning, energy performance contracting, controls and operations and maintenance (O&M). He has been involved in the commissioning and management of various LEED and non-LEED projects throughout Nova Scotia. Wayde holds licenses in the electrical, HVAC⁄R and communications fields with an emphasis on controls and energy management.

Mr. Rama Vadaparti joined IC2 in 2010 as one of the company’s principals. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and LEED Accredited Professional from Canada Green Building Council, Professional Technologist (P. Tech) from SCETTNB, New Brunswick and has a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation from TechNova Nova Scotia. Mr. Vadaparti is also a Master’s Graduate in Civil Engineering and has a Master’s degree in Physics.

With more than 34 years managerial and technical experience in Project Management, Building commissioning, feasibility studies, automation, project engineering, LEED design and Life Cycle Analysis, Mr. Vadaparti oversees all of IC2’s LEED commissioning and Energy-related projects.

Mike joined IC2 in 2009 as one of the company's principals. Mike is a senior mechanical technologist and project manager at IC2. A graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Technologist program at Nova Scotia Community College's IT Campus, he carries Certified Engineering Technologist accreditation from TechNova. Mike has nine years of balancing experience and oversees all TAB projects, performing all estimating, coordination, training, scheduling, and TAB report generation. Mike specializes in Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) for Air & Hydronic systems, mechanical commissioning, instrumentation and controls, mechanical systems and CAD design.
Aaron Wilson |  Technician
Aaron is the lead TAB technician at IC2. A graduate of the 4th Class Power Engineering program at Nova Scotia Community College's Marconi Campus, Aaron has five years of balancing experience in addition to experience with refrigeration and building HVAc systems.
Josh Gaul |  Technician
Josh is a TAB technician at IC2. He has experience with building HVAC equipment and his electrical background is an asset when performing commissioning duties.
