LEED & non-LEED Commissioning
Commissioning is the process of ensuring owner’s requirements are met as designed by the building engineers and architects. This is achieved by performing a design review prior to construction, and verification of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, controls, electrical, lighting, building envelope and life safety during and after construction.

This ensures the building is operating as-designed and at peak performance, according to the owner’s specifications. In addition to design review, pre-functional testing and functional performance testing, IC2 provides equipment training to building operators and tenants.
